Hi Daniel, Yes - you can use the 3.3 release with the current version of the ide4laszlo plugin (0.2.0).
The process for verification of ide4laszlo with the latest OpenLaszlo release always slightly lags the actual release date. We are completing that process now and will be updating the web site soon.
