Oh, right, of course this is a revision property. We need to enable  
this feature for it to work. Can you file a bug with your amended log  
entry, and assign it to me, and I'll look into what needs to be done.

The reason it's turned off by default is that revision properties are  
not themselves change-tracked. (I guess this would require a Meta- 
Change-Protocol, but Gregor Kisczales apparently wasn't available to  
consult on Subversion.)
