So the idea is to always load the app in an iframe and just use the  
normal wrapper page.  Seems fine.  Approved.

[I wonder if we should move the 'supported browser' logic for dhtml  
into the lzt=dhtml wrapper so that it applies to all programs?  This  
would at least prevent me from accidentally trying to debug in Safari  
and wedging it...
