lps-dev is quite possibly stale. You should try subversion trunk  
(http://svn.openlaszlo.org/openlaszlo/trunk) if you want the latest.

By the way, this is a bit pedantic, but LPP-2103 is resolved  
Duplicate of LPP-2091, which is indeed resolved Fixed.

If you have a test case against svn trunk where the issue does not  
appear to be resolved, please let us know.
