Details:
Add a `compress` parameter to ParseTreePrinter that is set to
false unless the compiler is invoked with the `nameFunctions`
option (which implies you want debugability).
Parameterize punctuation in the printer to leave out superfluous
whitespace and semicolons when `compress` is true.
Tests: LFCdhtml.js is 10% smaller, LZPIX still runs.
