I'd like a sanity-check from Henry that there is not some really good  
reason to write our HTML the way we used to, before I check this in.

Alternatively, since we do not support <swf7 any more, we could do  
the styling by using the TextField's style attribute.  At the very  
least we should do it that way in Legal's, as it would bring the  
DHTML an SWF runtime's closer together.
