[Max, please forward to Bill] If you've worked on the weather demo in the last 12 months, please raise your hand now. Max just told me Bill Pullman worked on weather a few weeks ago; Josh Crowley worked on weather a few months ago, and checked the changes in as of 1727. I worked on the weather demo very briefly this spring; my contribution was getting live weather results from yahoo. The cgi on laszlosystems.com is broken in that it returns cached data and won't update the cache. My weather changes were briefly in examples/mobile, never in demos/weather, but Josh used them as a resource for his work on weather.
Josh and Bill, can you please summarize your changes and their purpose? Who is the QA person most involved with weather? Has anyone run weather in Legals? Bill, were your changes checked in to subversion? This is a high-profile demo for us; it needs to get a design review. Right now Josh's code is the one in subversion; it needs a design review. In particular, the fonts render with bad aliasing. Should we do a similar round of status on the other demos?
