Ok. this is approved with some reservations. Why did the load checker delegate get removed? Why doesn't the declaration work as it's written?
Also, we need to add a test to our pre-release checklist that after running an app like calendar, we check the idle queue and nothing is getting left there. But we need this fix, and we're end-of-lifing the 3.x line so I think it's the right thing to do.
