Add subitems for Small Applications that allow user to load DHTML or SWF versions of those apps. Pass runtime/lzr in to Small Applications in order to enable this.Update wrapper pages for Small Applications to include runtime label, remove runtime switch buttons.
Load most Explorer content using lzt=html instead of lzembed and a custom jsp.
Finally, comment out a splash declaration in examples/animation/ animation.lzx.
