Anyone who wants to understand CSS should get Bos & Lie's book  
['Cascading Style Sheets'](http://tinyurl.com/jt99j).  It is the best  
reference I have found to date, and it also quite readable.  I don't  
make a commission for recommending this.  It is just a good book to  
have.
