This change gets rid of empty-change-description and svn-
makechangepackage
and svn-review.
The new commands to use are
svn-newchange
svn-editchange
svn-sharepatch
Note that svn-sharepatch combines svn-makechangepackage and svn-
review into
a single command. It posts the change as a tarball to
http://svn.openlaszlo.org/openlaszlo/patches/ and includes a link to
that newly imported change in the review mail.
