Accumulated changes to get grid to run properly. Grid still has
some visual prob lems with dhtml and an additional error in IE6
that have not been addressed.
Added necessary this.p checks to LzDatapath.lzs which mimic earlier
changes made to the base class, LzDatapointer.lzxs.
Rearranged some code slightly to put the null check before it is used.
Fixed LzNode.toString() to display the class name.
