Documentation:
Removed some suspicious extra characters at the end of every line of
the license agreement. I think this will fix LPP-2129, artifacts
replace carriage returns in windows license agreement.
Release Notes:
I want to include this in a nightly build so we can see what windows-
builder
does with it.
