Details: A small chunk of html can be passed into the app to be used
as a splash while the app is initializing. Total and gzipped file
sizes for the app and LFC are now listed. CompilationManager.java
reads the file size of the LFC (path to be formalized by Tucker) and
object code for app-console.xslt.
