Nope, I don't know where the pdf is -- it was a glory to behold, but
it doesn't describe the current structure of the code.

Ben: If you have any idea where this file might be (I couldn't find
it) and think a more appropriate solution would be to track it down
and link to it instead of just getting rid of the link, let me know
and I'll fix accordingly.
