Details: Added a clear() method and button to the DHMTL debugger.
dev-console.lzx now uses states and conditional compilation to
strip out non-essential stuff for DHTML. Added updated builds of
the dev console for swf, and manually built for dhtml. Better
naming for method in CompilationManager.java. See bug report for
more details.
Tests: No more warnings!
