Documentation:
This is a cleanup of the release notes for OL4B1. These release notes
are not at all pretty visually, but they are valid, editable,
diffable HTML.
Eliminates duplicate contradictory and non-ideal formatting release
notes.
Adds a few architecture diagrams; these are duplicated in docs/src/
dguide/images, but we don't know how to get to those files from the
release notes.

These *are* the release notes.
They are not yet ready for an editorial pass.
