[Laszlo-dev] OL4 b1 Migration proposal - l-in-10 events example

I propose moving change 3072 to 4.0b1. This change updates the l-in-10 
events example. It currently does not work properly in swf because of an 
initialization issue.

Pros: Fixes example for swf
Cons: None. Only this example is affected and the new example does not 
introduce any new concepts to the viewer.
