Hello,
I have written a very simple "Hello World" example to show exactly how
to call Laszlo functions from JavaScript and vice versa.
The example can be downloaded from

I welcome the Laszlo developers and community to take this "missing
HelloWorld example" and all contents of the blog entry and republish
them on the OpenLaszlo project page.
I'd also like to thank you all for your hard work on this fantastic
product. I blogged about OpenLaszlo long long ago on Java.net, and have
recently resumed UI development.
