use w3c DOM APIs for XML parsing in DHTML deployer.
+ copy patch from dhtml to SWF deployer which writes zip file in
a uniquely named file instead of reusing the same zipfilename
for all invocations
Tests:
ran vacation-survey as DHTML, pressed "SOLO" deploy button, clicked
thru screens, got zip file, verified it contained the right stuff
ran vacation survey as swf, did same
