Release Notes:

Details: Baseformitems weren't getting removed from baseform, and would

        instead just pile up after being "removed".

Tests: Ran contributor's test file using fixed and unaltered files -
        noticed that in the fixed version, removed baseformitems would
        actually be removed from baseform.
