Why don't you submit a jira bug because it is such a simple example.
In dhtml, the generated code looks like (in FF1.5):

display: block; z-index: 2;"> Hello dear friends on the Red Planet! How is
the Garden today? <img src="./horse-3.jpg"/> </div>
For people that don't have time to run the example, the text wraps around
the image in dhtml. In swf, the text is displayed and the image is
displayed beneath it.

Is this a bug, or is the placement not determined?
My concern is not to get them looking the same, but to document the
expected behavior. Any guidance appreciated.
