Details:
To test examples in DHTML, uncomment the script block containing
'Lz.dhtmlEmbed' in common-html.xsl. If you don't want to see the SWF
version as well, comment out the immediately preceding script block.
Also improve refguide contents per comments from Max.
Note that this change does *not* add UI to allow switching between
runtimes within the docs. I'll try to get to that feature, but no
promises.
