Not a problem. Based on discussions I had seen on the dev list I wasn't
really expecting Rich Input Text to work. One more question: I've seen
a couple of mentions to a 4.1 version. Is that really on the table, and
if so when and with what features (no hurry on this question, answer
when/if you have time).
Also the wiki page for this at
http://wiki.openlaszlo.org/Platform_Roadmap is horribly out of date. It
would really be nice if someone (Raju?) could remember to update this as
strategic decisions are made and dates are set/changed.

But Jason, I didn't respond to your implied question about specific
features. For drawview, it does now work in SWF. Rich Input Text still
has problems in OL4 under SWF -- see LPP-3431 -- and since it is in
the incubator we have not prioritized getting it to work. We intend to
do so, but likely not for the 4.0 release.

Hi Jason,
Sorry for the miscommunication. We decided to skip OL4B2 and instead
aim for a final release. I actually just (belatedly) blogged about it:

Based on the traffic I'm seeing on the list today, it seems as
though OL 4.0 is about to be released. Is this correct? Or is it
Beta 2 that's about to be released?
I've been waiting for beta 2, since when I looked at beta 1, rich
input text and draw views (both of which we make heavy use of)
didn't even work in SWF, and the suggestion was that we wait for
beta 2 to look at it.
Just curious.
