Details: Bunch 'o cleanup. Went through all the live examples in the
refguide and ensured they all compile. Added "4.0" or "OL4" to
refguide
and contributors guide titles. Tweaked ant rules for copying over
example resources, fixing several bugs. Added support for @beta or
@preliminary fields to backend of doctools, but I haven't tested it
(and
downgraded the bug to P2 - Max, let me know if you really care).
Modify
examples which load external resources to use openlaszlo.org
instead of
laszlosystems.com.
Tests:Ran all the refguide live examples in SWF, checked that they
compile without error. Spot-checked refguide and contribguide for
errors.
