These are the changes that still need migration proposals to 4.0, except
doc changes. It seems like we should really take all of them at once
(except my drawview changes until they settle down) - they seem pretty
low-risk.
If folks agree, perhaps we can count this as a migration proposal and
get them moved over to 4.0. Let me know if you think any of these are
high-risk or shouldn't go over.

4179 - adjust timeouts so that lzunit browser tests don't timeout the
first time they are run
4180 - fix ant lztest target

4204 - Calendar: Issue when moving event in day view; Expanded calendar

4171 - Unify XSL code used to create live examples; make it possible for
John to test examples in DHTML
4216 - LPP-3653 - Add tag to documentation that allows it to be marked
as 'beta'
LPP-3454 - All html docs should prominently display OL version on
every page and in page title
LPP-3671 - reference not finding images directory for examples
LPP-3673 - RefGuide: some live examples don't compile
LPP-3674 - Load external resources used in refguide examples from
openlaszlo.org instead of laszlosystems.com
