LPP-3716 - LZPIX window is too big, white border around outside

The browser window is supposed to resize, if you have your settings
set to allow it. Than you don't see the outlying area.

Approved.
The bad news is that I found a new regression in IE6/7 and Firefox
when you run lzpix with lzt=html:
http://localhost:8080/legals/demos/lzpix/app.lzx?lzt=html&lzr=dhtml
Two controls from the result page are shown on the first page off
to the right(it was worse on IE6 than IE7). I had to resize the
FireFox window and you'll see the controls lurking to the far
right. I wonder if it's because the size of my default browser
window is pretty big.

Summary: UPDATED: Fix group image drag in dhtml
New Features:
Bugs Fixed: LPP-3697 - Group image drag doesn't work.
Technical Reviewer: promanik
QA Reviewer: jcrowley
Doc Reviewer: (pending)
Documentation:
Release Notes:
Details: Turn off preload_images_only_once to prevent flickering.
Add private doc declarations to private methods and properties.
Only
define __updateIEAlpha if it's required. __getPos() checks if any
parents' positions have changed, and recomputes the absolute
position. Added absolute_position_accounts_for_offset quirk for
safari and opera.
Tests: http://localhost:8080/legals-clean/demos/lzpix/app.lzx?
lzt=html&lzr=dhtml clips can be reliably dragged. Window dragging
performance in http://localhost:8080/legals-clean/examples/
components/
style_example.lzx?lzr=dhtml&lzt=html is the same in Firefox Safari
and Opera.
