Details:Added an "Excel XML" document to credits/ that contains
information about all of the licensed 3rd-party software we use.
Many thanks to Josh Crowley for compiling this information.
Also added a poorly-formatted chapter to the Contributor's guide
giving the same information in more accessible form.
