[Laszlo-dev] potential merges to branches/4.0

Looking at what we might merge to branches/4.0. Here's what we have  
so far:

r4444 -- Henry's change to reduce schema cache size (Henry, please  
file a bug covering this)

r4453 - John's doc update

r4455 - Henry's fix to LPP-3752 (fix for dhtml, skip null references)  
(but we shouldn't take the lps.properties change)

r4461 - pbr's fix to LPP-3741 (Fix radio button issue in Amazon app)

Henry, John, and Phil, please tell us about risk/reward for these  
changes.
