[Laszlo-dev] Rhino tools

I need to execute LZX DHTML on the server...saw this page that indicates it is possible via Rhino:  http://wiki.openlaszlo.org/Using_Rhino_Interactively I can't find the runjum script or the custom rhino JAR in the 4.0.2 source distribution.  Can they be made available?
