A user reported that an app which uses the <import> tag was unable to
load a runtime libary if the app and library were being loaded from a
different
"web context". The bug is due to the ImportAssets tag which I
added to
snippets,
which has a hardcoded path compiled into it, in order to load
fonts at
runtime.
This seems like a bad idea now. This patch only does the
ImportAssets hack
if the snippet library declares font resources, which most
people's don't.
