Copied the component browser from trunk, where it was docs/components/
components.lzx.
I'm not sure how it didn't make it in to legals, but it got lost. Now
adding it back.
Release Notes:
The browser does not go to the right place in the reference; it just
goes to
the main reference page. This is not very helpful. Filed as LPP-4555
