Details:
Warnings have been disabled when an attribute 'validate' is
redefined. The current mechanism used by binary libraries can cause
this attribute to be defined multiple times. An enhancement task,
LPP-4620, has been opened to implement a better solution.
Tests:
Run lpp3988d.zip test in jira. Running it before making this change
will show a warning when the application is run. No warning after
applying this changeset.
