While I applaud your use of source control, I don't think these are
in the right place. svn is particularly bad at moving things with
history; it's usually very broken. Therefore, we should move these to
the right location before you check in another version.
I'm going to go ahead and move these right now; before you start
working on them again, please svn up, and you will see them in docs/
src/developers. Edit them there, please.
