Max,
The embedded examples in the reference and dev guide are broken in
IE7; they are about 3 pixels high. In other browsers (including
Firefox on the same windows box) they are the right height.

Can you please look at this and tell me what to change in the embed
code to make the canvas height correct in IE? Then I'll slot that
into the doctools, and we'll get usable embedded examples in IE.
