Details: examples 38.3, 4, 7, and 8 use the file phonebook.xml for
their data.
At some point, this file was changed so the root element was renamed
from
"phonebook" to "contacts". This has been changed back.
Tests: Make sure the examples work as they do in the 3.4 dguide
