It would have to be under a real open source license to be of any use to us.

I wonder if they're backing off of their open source plans. Sure seems that way.

It used to work with the previous version of the flex compiler though. Hmm, I suppose I should

I just downloaded it and tried it in our tool chain with no problems.
If you are developing for SWF9, upgrade when you can -
I don't expect anything will be broken with the old version,
but I'm only planning to test with the latest.
