I would have hoped that c:\flex2\bin\compc would have found compc.exe -
I wonder if the presence of the compc shell script nixes that shortcut.
I guess we need to test for windows  - I will make that change.

SWF9 developers,

When you do your next svn update in devildog, you'll need to set FLEX_HOME.
This is described here:

I believe this gives enough flexibility to configure nightly builds.
Let me know if there are any problems with this.
