Approved!  I had to remove the width and height canvas attributes to get 
the checkbox example to show up.  This does show a lot of improvement - 
I no longer get exceptions when switching it to 'disabled'.  Also, the 
button width looks stretched, but the height seems wrong.  I'll file 
some bugs against the canvas and text sizing issues.

Overall a step in the right direction!

+ implement cache for multiframe asset display objects
+ LzSprite API wants frame numbers to start  at one for some reason
+ apply stretching after a multiframe resource has been installed during 
stop(n)
+ make sure to clear this.clickbutton when setting clickable to false
