Details: LzSprite.js - Add missing comment
LFCApplication.as - Comment out trace statement, export
mini-debugger to public write() method
LzSprite.as - Add implementations of getZ(), sendInFrontOf() and
sendBehind() - passes lztest-view.lzx unit test, but probably needs
work. Added trace statements for missing methods.
swf9stubs.lzs - Call trace() and the mini debugger in swf9.
LaszloCanvas.lzs - Comment out extra trace and debug.write() calls.
lztestmanager.lzx - Add missing argument required by sendEvent() in swf9.
Tests: ant lztest,
