Summary: Redo drawview to use a mixin for shared functionality

Details: Add missing class vars, function override. Add stub methods
to be replaced by lz.drawview.addProperty(). Comment out clip()
method for swf9. Convert LzCanvasGradient to a class. Use mixin
instead of addProperty calls to add shared functionality
Tests: http://localhost:8080/trunk-clean/test/drawing/drawing.lzx runs
as before for swf and dhtml. swf9 fails with the compiler error
org.openlaszlo.sc.CompilerError: Superclass LzView not defined for
mixin: DrawviewShared because mixin support needs work :)
