Summary: Remove embedded fonts from component design PDF

Details: This file was not corrupted as reported in the JIRA bug, but
was
using embedded fonts that were likely not available on the systems that
showed the problem. Using Distiller, replaced embedded fonts with
base fonts.
Tests: file showed blank pages in Adobe Reader 8 on XP; it now shows the
full content.
