Is there more needed than what I filed as:

LPP-6011 'Reference CSS fonts need rationalization'

? If not, I will close 5537 with a note that the font differences are global, not just in the <a> entry.

Approved!

We'll need a separate commit to fully close LPP-5537 (get <a> pages to look the same).

Summary: Docbook style tweaks

New Features:

Bugs Fixed:
LPP-5949 'Attribute formatting issues on reference pages: highlight and hrules' LPP-5537 '<a> reference page: need lists and other markup within attribute description'

Technical Reviewer: dda (pending)
QA Reviewer: amuntz (pending)
Doc Reviewer: liorio (pending)

Details:
js2doc2dbk.xsl: Tweak layout of tables to use uniform columns and to
give class to entries so we can style them correctly with CSS.
Also process attribute, parameter, return, and event descriptions
so that they can contain markup.

parameters.xsl: Turn on table extensions, repair table.borders
settings to work, but leave them off.

  lzx-print-pretty.css: Remove redundant style

docbook.css: Consolodate redundant styles. Add bottom border to
attribute descriptions. Make some font specs proportional so they
  work better in different contexts.

styles.css: Fix a syntax error noticed in passing. Remove
redundant styles. Make some font specs proporional.

Tests:
  Visual inspection
