I assigned you bug LPP-589, which had to do with a view in the swf runtime loading a compiled-in resource, and then failing to load an HTTP external resource. The reverse seems to be true now, after you load an external resource, you can no longer setResource to a compiled-in resource. The LzMakeLoadSprite needs to be uninstalled somehow to make this work. Maybe it's setResource could try and figure out if the resource was compiled in, and if so uninstall itself so that the base LzSprite setResource can be accessed?
