Details:
CanvasCompiler: r9359 broke canvas dimensions defaulting. Fix
that.
nav, basetabs: Also fixed up a bunch of warnings noticed while
debugging.
Tests:
docs/src/nav/nav.lzx once again tracks the dimensions of the window
