Details: lfc.lzx - Remove unused, undocumented method.
swf/LzSprite.as - Add clickregion capability and set to true. Allow a
null value to be passed to setClickRegion() to reset the default value.
swf9/LzSprite.as - Add clickregion capability and set to false.
Remove __LZsetClickRegion() stub.
dhtml/LzSprite.js - Add clickregion capability and set to false. Remove
__LZsetClickRegion() stub.
LaszloView.lzs - Update documentation for clickregion attribute.
Moved method body to setter, and eliminated old, undocumented
__LZsetClickRegion() method.
Tests: Setting 'clickregion' attribute in dhtml gives warnings. swf9
compiles.
