The window size is a separate issue but has been fixed. See LPP-6062, LPP-6063.
The only scrollbar problem I've seen is the task scrollbar in dhtml.
The display is jittery when you hold the mouse down on the scrollbar.
Are you seeing something else?

The window is very small and the scrollbar is broken, so it it
difficult to test. Do you plan on fixing the window size or the scrollbar?
