It looks like these classes are still referenced from the table
of contents (toc.xml), but the doc files for them are no longer
generated.
This causes the doc build to fail.
Can I assume these classes have been removed - and
that we can remove these lines from the table of contents?

Just to remind: docs/src/nav/toc.xml is the only navbar file left that
is hand maintained,
but we check for broken links and fail the build if any link target is
missing.
