Changes for LPP-6600, and a subsequent merge apparently broke the
doc build.
doctools created a lz.param.N30739.html file instead of
lz.param.html, don't
know why. For the moment, removed publishing of lz.Param =
LzParam so we can move
forward with other doc changes (including fixing naming
convention).
