The jira html-page tries to load a script from 
"http://openlaszlo.org/jira/s/298/1/_/includes/js/combined-javascript.js";, 
but there is a server-error:
HTTP Status 503 - Servlet javascript is currently unavailable
Anyone else seeing this?
